Returns and Exchanges
Jewelry purchased through this website may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt. To initiate a return please email helas@helasjewelry.com.
We offer free return shipping for items with defects or damages. For returns/exchanges due to personal preferences (e.g., size or color), no restocking fees apply, but customers are responsible for covering Return Shipping Costs and Customs Duty to our China-based warehouse.
Made to Order and Customized Jewelry: We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality-related issues.
To be eligible for a return, the security tag of the jewelry intact, and returned in its original packaging with the receipt.
