Refund & Return Policy

Jewelry purchased through this website is eligible for refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.

If you decide your purchase is not right for you, you may initiate a return through contacting us via email at helas@helasjewelry.com.

 

Return Address

Please do not send back any items before your return request has been approved. Once your request is confirmed, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.

All approved returns should be sent to the following address:

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.

If your cancellation request is made within 1 business day of placing the order, and the item has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to cancel it. Once an order is processed and shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

 

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the jewelry must:

Be unworn and in its original condition

Include all original packaging, including jewelry box, outer packaging, and tags

Include the original receipt or proof of purchase

Include a note with your order number and reason for return inside the parcel

All returned items are subject to quality control inspection prior to approval.

 

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer, or the amount will be deducted from your refund.

You may either:

Use your own insured and trackable shipping service, or

Request a HELAS return label (shipping fee will apply and be deducted from your refund)

Please note that HELAS is not responsible for any lost or damaged return shipments.

 

Packaging Requirements

Please ensure the item is packed securely using the original packaging to protect it during transit.

 

Exclusions

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for the following:

Personalized jewelry, including items with initials, numbers, monograms, or engravings

Made-to-order items, which are crafted upon request and cannot be restocked

Items that have been worn or had their security tag removed

 

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs.

Please allow 5–7 business days for return processing

Refunds may take an additional 1–2 weeks to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider
